2. Purpose of the data processing operations
The personal details of the User are processed for the following purposes:
a) to allow the User full use of the Site;
b) to allow for commercial and marketing communications to be sent to the User.
3. Processing methods
Processing of User data is automated, and takes place via IT and telecommunication tools, using data processing and organisation software within the scope of the purposes mentioned above, and with a view to ensuring the security and confidentiality of data and communications . The data may also be processed using paper-based methods.
During operation, the IT systems used to operate the Site may acquire certain data, the processing of which is a distinguishing feature of Internet communication protocols. During normal operation, the IT systems and procedures used to operate the site automatically acquire some personal data relating to the User navigation, including environmental variables.

Technical cookies are only used to communicate data within the site or to provide a function or service explicitly requested by the subscriber or User, and are necessary for the correct function of this service.

The information collected will be stored and processed exclusively for keeping a record of the communications received, and will not be used for other purposes.

For the above purposes, the employees of Cimbali charged with handling data may be able to access information relating to the User.
Furthermore, OgilvyOne Srl may also have access to the above-mentioned information, in their capacity as data controllers.
Data may be shared both inside and outside of the EU.
Users' personal data will not be disclosed.
6. Rights of the individual
Pursuant to Article 7, Legislative Decree 196/03, the User, as the subject of the data, has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if this information has not yet been recorded, and is entitled to receive details of this data in intelligible form.
The individual has the right to obtain information in relation to:
• origin of the data;
• purpose of the data processing;
• method of processing;
• identifying details of the data controller and supervisors;
• the subject to whom the data can be communicated.
The individual to whom the data relates also has the right to obtain:
• updates, corrections or additions to the data collected;
• the deletion, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including information that does not need to be kept for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
• confirmation that the operations mentioned above have been made known to those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly disproportionate to the rights being protected.
The subject of data has the right to object, in whole or in part:
